exauhast manifold for VR6

on my old 16v corrado i fitted a tsr 4-2-1 stainless manifold and was seriously impressed at the improvement in performance and sound, now i have a VR6 and the engine is pretty much standard except for a BMC CDA induction kit and full miltek exauhast system with cat bypass.

is there any improvement to to had in fitting an aftermarket manifold to a vr6? if so which make? or does the fact you don't see many suggest it'as not woth the cost?

Don't know about aftermarket ones (I HAVE heard of a couple of aftermarket ones - one from supersprint I think?), but even the VW one is about £300 + VAT ..
