LED Colour on dash

jmc,any chance you could print me off one of those heater panel acetate jobbies? :D :oops:

 

its just that i practiced the wet n dry thing on a spare and it was going ok but ended up crap :(

 

unless theres a better way? do mk2's not use a clear peice with a coloured filter?

Riley, I'll send you through the file I printed mine off from. My advice is print it out on paper until you get the size just right and then on the acetate.

i have the strip that contains 3 led's on each in blue (flat) found them to be more efective than the ushal due to the light coverage -also makes the needles glow a nice orange collour - halfords £5

those led are available with a socket that fits the cluster.

just exchange them with stock bulbs

 

for the cluster i didnt take 3 led instead of stock bulbs, too dark.

i took a led-light-strip with 10 leds on it like this:
