Squealing rad fan - assistance in Glasgow!

Just had a call from Laura, she's on her way up to Glasgow for the weekend and it seems that her radiator fan is making a bit of a racket and needs replaced.

 

Is there anyone in the Glasgow area who'd be able to lend her a hand sourcing one from a scrappy and getting it fitted as she's not got any tools with her?
