corrado tailgate trim that replaces the number plate

Anyone know where i can get hold of the cover that replaces where the number plate should be, Relocatuing plate to rear bumper.

I thought that all the people who had relocated the no. plate got a bodyshop to tidy up the area where it should be. :?

There is a standard part I believe.
