Rear axle noise

I have a creaking/groaning noise from one side of my rear axle, especially when someone is sitting on that side in the rear. Its really only noticeable when starting off from standstill. Quite noticeable when putting handbrake on on steep hill.

I was wondering if that would be the axle bearing (bush?) on its way out. If so, how big/expensive a job?

Anyone any suggestions??

its not expensive just a bit tricky to do, powerflex bushes for the rear only cost £56

Possible groaning rear brakes if they are sticky...?

Or the shocker itself is groaning( more likley)
