pacificshack 0 Posted March 4, 2006 I've just put 17" alloys on my car. Was out drivng for the first time today and the steering shakes left and right. Gets worse as I go faster. selbekk 0 Posted March 4, 2006 this happened to my last car, a beemer e30 325i, after a friend of mine had put it sideways up a kerb. It didn't look very affected (except one rim, which was fecked and got changed the day after), but it shaked like an epileptic. Garry 0 Posted March 15, 2006 You may need to fit spacers on the front dude! I have TSW Reflex 17's on my G60 - they require a 5mm spacer on the front! If you don't fit the spacer they wobble like f**k - get it checked ASAP!!!!! Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

pacificshack 0 Posted March 18, 2006 Latest update on the wheels. I have spaces which are too big - appently I need about 2mm? What is the easiest way of doing this, can I cut a 2mm thick sheet of metal and creat my own? The wheels are quite tight on. I have had them balanced three times and the wheels aligned.
