is a corrado as strong / safe as this??

Recommended Posts

Seen some C crash pics and they dont look bad, but then again depends on crash! As for mercs when that old man pulled out in front of my merc 220CE....lets just say his ford fiesta was totaly destroyed! themerc was a cat C but could have easly been put back on the road (wish i had now too)

so dont worry in that CE conleycrew3

The point is that a C is soft and as such any crash means a "slow" absorbed impact where you (your body) are brought to a controlled halt. The car looks horrible but you walk away in better shape given the circumstances of the crash. (Remember that badly smashed C with tyres inside as a load - amazingly the driver is alive).

In solid car like the Merc, you get the brunt of it not the car so your insides rupture and that's what makes you serious injured or killed. Fords are solid, not a car make I like driving for this reason.

Valid point, the force has to go somewhere. If it's not the car breaking, it's you!

yeah but doesnt it go into the car thats hit my merc?

thats soft in comparrison

In this case, yes. But if you crashed head on into a brick wall the merc would transfer the force straight onto your innards.
