Good Body shop to repair peeling laquer

Ill be needing some little blemishes on my rado sorting.

Things like peeling laquer, stone chips.

One thing id like to sort is the bad repair that was done to rear rear arch.

While your around VR6, have you had your rado resprayed? Becuae mine is aqua blue but doesnt look as sweet as yours.

Is your a special edition aqua blue? ie only a few came with a pearl?

All Aqua Blues are pearlescent - the reason VR6's looks so good is because it's only done 50K!

Also, Try "Autospray" 02920 666070, they're in Cardiff (( Leckwith )) and won't charge the earth. They painted one side of my Aqua Blue Pearl G60 and did a good job for a good price.

i did wonder if mine wasnt aqua blue, i act thought it was more midnight blue like you say Walesey how can i check? does anyone have colour code for both colours?.

Colour Codes ..the paint codes are in the buying guide in the Knowledge base.

 

I was trying to remember how much I paid, I think it was £200 for the side (( either that or £250 )) but that included taking a big dent out of the rear quarter and making the side straight ..really cheap ..I went in the first week they opened so i'm not sure if the prices have been raised...that was remarkably cheap IMO (( and they did a good job on time ))

 

 

I think they said they normaly charge £80 per pannel, but more if blending is required.

just checked mine is LC5U, so it is Aqua blue, chuffed to bits.

 

Might give those guys a try, cheers again bud.

once the body work is done ill get onto waxing it. cant wait to get it sorted for this summer. spent a load of my student loan on it so far. almost finished interior now.

I'm looking for somewhere to get my Rado's body work sorted out and work in Penarth so it would be easy for me to get to AutoSpray, Did you get your car's paintwork sorted chap? If so how much did it come to?

Walesy - can I point out something about the knowledge base with regards Corrados Colours - it's incomplete - Black Magic Pearl Effect isn't mentioned and it was a Corrado colour and should be listed.

If money's not a problem - the best place in the area to take your car is Davis's , also in Leckwith just off Hadfield road.

Only moved down from Shrewsbury about 2 mnths ago to live with the misses in Newport. Currently working at my Bosses home office in Cornerswell Rd. The only Rado I've spotted so far around there is a dark purple G60.... funny how you notice them more when you own one isn't it, where do you live now as I spotted a nugget yellow one Rado in Newport the other day?

 

How expensive are we talking? Needs a tidying up, preferably before it starts to rust through and I have to folk out for new panels.

It is indeed chap, the other Rado I've spotted around Penarth is a Black VR.
