Dredgey 0 Posted April 13, 2006 Bought some Dare wheels just over 12 months ago and they've already stared to Corrode!??! I know that they're not the most expensive things going, but I'm really not impressed! Does anyone know if all wheels can be refurbished, as I was told that as they have a polished rim that they can't??... Not sure how true that is?? They looked like this new: (see pic) Will post a pic of their current condition, if anybody thinks it would be useful to answer this question! Thanks all! Kevin Bacon 5 Posted April 13, 2006 In basic 'sparkle silver', I paid £220 to refurb a set of Speedlines and £250 to do some 17" BBS RX.... Size, wheel complexity & finish (several available) determine the price, so split rims etc usually cost a lot more to repair.... as do kerb mark welding and buckle straigthening etc. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
