what ya reckon guys is it pulling strong enough now... that point where it sits is 15psi btw :wink:

Now i don’t know much about boost but surely you should have been using the steering wheel and other car controls instead of holding/ looking at a boost gauge! :shock: :lol:

 

But seriously what are we seeking there, boost change with gear shift or slipping belt at high revs?

Personally i was pretty happy with the way it instantly shoots up to boost straight away and stays there for the duration of the rev counter, consistently

 

btw my co-pilot was organising the vid of the boost guage whilst i was driving...

ah i take it you are getting the toothed belt kit now that shows the belt slip nicely!!

Toothed belts are the nuts. My '40 used to hit 15psi and just sit there. No loss of boost all the way to over 7k rpm.
