Mk3 Golf leather interior

Just wondering, does anyone know if a mk3 golf leather interior would fit in a corrado? I know it wont be a straight fit, but would the rear physically fit in a Corrado?

 

Any help/info would be much appreciated.

AFAIK the front seats won't go down low enough... can't say I've tried it though :?

It will fit in the runners for the front seats, but will (as Phil says) sit WAYYYYY too high so your head will be outta the sunroof. Rear bench is too wide to fit in a corrado, so will need cutting down and re-trimming to make it fit properly.

Would it be possible to take the subframes from the corrado seats and make a hybrid mk3 golf/corrado one that fits? Also, does anyone know how much wider the rears would be?

The subframes match already because the Mk3 seats will fit in the Corrado runners, but the problem is the Mk3 seats are just too deep on the bum bit (ooh err)

 

Take a look at some Mk3 seats and some Corrado seats and you'll see what we mean ;)
