I have just been looking on the dvla website at personal plates as i may get one when i get my vr. I came across a beauty which i am surprised hasn't been taken already and its £399. Here it is with a little tweeking to how it could look:

 

 

P.s it looks like VR6 COR rado :D lol

The R is actually a number 2 but if you get a plate made back hand ;) then you can get it to look siilar to an R. You cant have VRG as the dvla set plates are 2 letters, 1 number and 3 letters or the newer style which is 2 letters, year and 3 letters. You could actually have VR6 at the front and have any old crap for the 3 letters.

Also, you couldn't put a 'V' reg plate on a C as it's too old!

You can on this style mate, its on the style with the date in the middle e.g. VR51 COR you couldnt have because the corrado is older than 51 etc etc

Sorry mate i mis-read it at first, yeah you can have VRG at the end, so with a screw in the right place it would look like a 6.

 

I tried looking for summin with 29 VRG to make it 2.9 VR6 but the first letters are too new for the cars ages which is a shame!
