Window Rubbers

Whats the best way to remove cr*p / clean these back to their former glory..

(think this is the bodyshops fault :twisted: )

 

Mine are looking a bit tired and manky anyway..

Smooth Peanut butter is the best thing for exterior rubbers and plastics apparently! The peanut crumbs kind of scour the surface of junk and the oil that's left behind gives a nice sheen.....so i've heard!

Kev, I think you need to lay off the hallucinogenics :Fade-color

 

I find a toothbrush works best to get the usual green lichen/moss that gathers on rubbers followed by Black Trim Wax, a bit messy but good finish.

I heard peanut butter was good, but I prefer marmilade so I tried using that and things got a bit sticky.

 

Now I just go for 'Autoglym Bumper Gel' Icegeezer, I find it's pretty darn good.
