swfblade 0 Posted December 23, 2006 heh I forgot to post em up  Anyway, better late than never! I actually had the Lupo wipers on in these pics, but since then I've also added the scuttle from the GB, but havnt got any pics yet. I've also put new 215/40/17 Proxes T1-R's and have also had some nice bugger put great big scratch down the side, curtosy of Mr Key  Just got hold of some 312mm Brakes, calipers and carriers as well, but I'm having trouble sourcing the High tensile bolts, so if anyones got any ideas where I can get some in the south beds/Milton Keynes/north bucks area, that would be grand 8) Made just under 200bhp & 190 ftlb at the recent Rolling Road, which I'm very happy with as she's not running 100% throttle apparently! Need to adjust the throttle cable, no idea how yet, havent had a chance to look....I'll get some pics of the new brakes when I get em! Finally, I got charger plans, but still not 100% decided on what yet.....
Bojmobile 0 Posted December 23, 2006 That looks great man - very tasteful mods - nice lights, nice wheels - like your VW'd plate too. Well done! :thumb right: You thinking about the Inpro fog/indicators?
CazzaVR 0 Posted December 23, 2006 swfblade, very, very nice! It's really coming together. Liking the tail lights- suit the green. Got me thinking...
swfblade 0 Posted December 23, 2006 Cheers guys You thinking about the Inpro fog/indicators? yes m8, was trying to think of ways to just update the front slightly. Thinking about the clears, maybe the clear headlights as well, and also colour coding the front grille.
alex303 0 Posted December 24, 2006 try Bill over at http://www.Badger5.co.uk he sorted out the High Tensile bolts & carrier's etc for my Brembo 4 pot setup so should think he could source them for the TT 312's as well, he's not local to you but will post...very nice VR by the way, whats the colour out of interest? swfblade 0 Posted December 24, 2006 the clue's in the title ;) Puff the magic Dragon Green VR6 8) hehe and cheers for the pointer on the bolts! I'll give him a call
CazzaVR 0 Posted December 24, 2006 Personally, I wouldn't code the grille on a green C- think the black breaks up the colour on the front nicely. Had a coded grille on my old green 16v, and it just didn't look quite right.
alex303 0 Posted December 24, 2006 Yeah i'd half worked out the 'Dragon Green' bit...not completely dense. But tbh looks very similar in the photo's to my Pearlescent Green beast which is why i asked!
swfblade 0 Posted December 24, 2006  no worries m8, just being a tad sarcastic! Dragon Green Pearl - LC6P

Furkz 0 Posted December 24, 2006 really like that, everything works so well together... love the wheels too suit the car really well. just needs a bit of a drop imo
swfblade 0 Posted December 24, 2006 now ive got the slightly bigger tyres on, the front looks a little lower and sits at a really nice height. I've tried dropping the rear slightly, but the collars are siezed on tight, so we only managed to drop her by maybe half an inch! If anyone knows where I can get replacement collars from, that would also be grand 8) and indeed alex303, Merry xmas to one and all!
