big_chris1981 0 Posted August 30, 2006 one of my knock sensors is giving a ground to earth error on vagcom....so its fair to assume its dead. can someone post up pictures of what they are, and where they are? would it be fair to assume that if one is dead, then then engine is running rich and thinning the oil out....hence the high oil temps? does anyone have some known working ones for sale in the southampton area?? cheers chris Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

big_chris1981 0 Posted August 30, 2006 it doesnt seem to be doing it....theres no run on, no pinking, performace appears to be good.....was only that vagcom picked up the fault. can someone take me some pictures of what im looking for on the engine? i know that one is at the front....
