JMC 0 Posted October 19, 2006 Just had some Variant 1's fitted by Darren, and after driving home on them (60 miles) thought I'd post up my 1st impressions, in case anyone was thinking of buying them. Basically fantastic. :D :D My old suspension was a mixture of G-max lowered (about 40mm) suspension and some Boge dampers on the back. Never really been happy with that since it was fitted (far too crashy for my liking). This new setup (which has been setup to drop by approx 50mm) feels so much more smooth under normal driving conditions, and is really responsive when it gets pushed a bit (few nice country lanes on the way home from Littlehampton).
