Looking for Registration Number 911 DPW

I've been trying to find the registration number 911 DPW and have managed to track it down to being on a 1995 Corrado VR6

I'm sorry but I didn't realise that this was the same forum that we'd been discussing on the 911 forum (I did a Google search for a Corrado forum, but didn't check back to our discussion!)

The DVLA and HPI checks will only tell you the above, they cannot tell you any more due to the DPA hence the post and request for info...

i'm sure that all them dodgy clampers can get address detaills off the dvla for £2.50......

 

Better go find yourself an independant clamper and ask them to get on to dvla

This plate is still registered as being on a VW Corrado VR6

 

Does anybody now who owns it? I'm very interested in buying it...

Do you know any coppers dwhatley? They could do a PNC (police national computer) check on the registration which will come back with the registered owners name and address. The police aren't allowed to check things on PNC for personal reasons, hence why it is audited, but it is not to say that some don't.

Worth a try, if you know a copper the worst they can say is no.

I think you're getting into dodgy territory here.

 

If it were me and someone contacted me about wanting to buy my number plate I would want to know where they got my contact info from and I sure wouldn't be happy to know that clampers/police/any old tom dick or harry was giving my private information away, and it definitely wouldn't make me want to sell my plate to them. That's what the data protection act is all about.

 

It's coming up to show season now, maybe someone will see it about this summer and be able to help you.

I've spoken with the usual registration plate companies, and they're on the case for me...

It's an old style registration
