Relay Position 1 UPDATE - I mean Relay Position 7!

I've had a good look at my fusebox today and found that the relay in position 1 has insulation tape around it!

 

Can someone please tell me what this relay controls and what number it should be please? I am going to replace it, but the number has worn off due to the tape and I don't want to take it out in case it's dodgy.

Where is position 1? I can't remember where 1 starts.

 

Bascially, top or bottom row, and first left or right?

it says in autodata that number 7 is the: headlamp washer control module
