MIRROR POLISHING --- FORUM DISCOUNT

Recommended Posts

After trecking all over the west midlands this week...... I've hooked up with an old friend, who does mirror polishing for a living!!!

Now the services that are available are Mirror polishing wheels, refurbishment, Powder coating and even alloy wheel repairs including alloy welding for serious kerb damage..... although buckled wheels are give and take!!!!

The work is absolutely excellent.... and those of you wanting the bling, then look no further :)

Any thing that you may want polishing... drop me a post or pm and i'm sure you'll be satisfied with the prices...

Cheers 8)

Ok guys.... this is just a feeler

I've got a set of Corrado 15" Speedline alloys which I'm putting in to be mirror polished...

I'm probably going to create a FORSALE thread once done...

I may decide to do this or not.... Or possibly create a sale thread just for the wheels as they are.

Would anybody be interested in them polished???

wouldnt mind a price on gettin me borbet dishes mirror polished again :D

I'll pm you matey ;)

Please PM me his company details..

tbh Darren, he's doing all the work on the side.... So you'd have to go through me and I'd have to drop them to him.

I've got 2 sets in there at the moment, that I'm having done for friends.

I'll try and get some pics up when done :)

i just got another set of speedlines yesterday, in need of a refurb, most look straight forward, but one has met a curb in a hurry and looks like it needs a bit of rim re-made etc?

not sure, just a bit missing, i was wondering if that can be fixed?

i'll get pics

Marcus if you could get him to gives us some "Guide Prices" and also what he can offer in the way of Powder coating (any special/funky colors?)... Would be of help.

Nothing binding just an idea of cost...

Would need to see a picture of the rim.... aslong as its not that bad, then shouldn't be a problem.

Ok to give you an idea..... I've just had a set of D90's highly mirror polished, which cost £200

I've not had any powder coated but soon as i've got more prices, I'll post them up :thumb right:

Any chance of some pics of his work??? I know there is a lot of variation in peoples idea of a good mirror polishing.

I'm very interested in having a set of porsche rims fully polished.

Cheers

I just got myself some original 15" speedlines. they need a refurn but I'd also be interested in getting them mirror polished. Can I see some pictures and get some guide prices?

While here do they make alloys that are to be painted/powder coated out of a different grade of stuff the is intended to be mirror polished? The stuff to be painted is never intended to be seen - so why use the best?
