slugmaster100 0 Posted July 8, 2007 Hi, i've just splashed out on having my car resprayed. It's still tornado red, but without the rust and dents that 17 years throws at a big moving metal object! I am now in the predicament of deciding whether to spend another £140 ish on a set of new back lights. I think that the red/orange/white originals look a little dated now, but i don't want to make it look naff! I have clear side repeaters that look good IMO. Below is a picture (a bit poor but oh well) of my car, and also the lights that i am considering (off http://www.venommotorsport.com). I take it that at least someone has bought some of these lights and put them on a red C, but i can't find a picture anywhere. Does anyone have an opinion on whether these lights will look good or not, suggestions, pics etc. (ps. i don't like the 'clear crystal M3' style) CAR: NEW LIGHTS???: Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

CorradoVR6-Turbo 0 Posted September 12, 2007 The savage is the best stuff to use,take out the rear lights,clean them off well with brake cleaner or something like that.Mask off the bits you don't want painting spray the lights counting the amount of coats to make them look all the same,but leave them to dry under a couple of halogen lights as this will give it a nice high gloss finish.
