Autotune`s Corrado G60

Recommended Posts

Hi there.

I am a 33 year old male from Norway.

I bought my first Corrado back in march this year, and it looked a bit worn out.

I`ve spendt many hours pulling the car apart, restoring it, and putting it back together in one piece.

All work on the car i have done myself, including all mecanics, bodywork and the paintjob.

The car is now almost ready, and just a few more bits is missing.

I will post some pictures of the car, before, during and after the makeower.

If my english turns bad sometimes, you just have to bare with it.

After all i`m from Norway.

And now over to the engine bay.

As you all can see in the second picture, the enginebay need some TLC.

I`ve pulled all the wires and hoses of the inner arches, and removed alternator, G-charger, brackets++ from the engine.

All parts got new paint and was put back together.

An external oil-cooler from Racimex.

Tight fit because of the Rallye u-bend.

I also mounted on a new FMIC.

You can see the oil-cooler on the top of the IC.

I'm not mormally into 'lairy' colours, but I like that, a lot! 8) It looks a bit like a mk4 Golf colour?

The colour is not as it should be in the pictures.

It reflexes the light in a special way that you cant see in photos.

In real life the colour is just sick...

By the way, the colour is not from a Mk4, but from Vw consept "IROC".

The pictures are now back, and here are one from the interior as well.

In the a-pillar i`ve got a boost-gauge and a volt-gauge.

In the middle air vents i`ve got oil pressure and oil temp.

On the left dash-speaker i`ve got an air/fuel gauge.

ALl gauges has a black face when ignition is off, and lights up when starting up.
