tinsman 0 Posted November 14, 2003 ever since i installed my exhaust (techtonics 2.5 cat back with a high flow cat) on my vr6 corrado when i get out of the car it smells like burning. does anyone else have this... i also have a chip and a turn2 intake. please let me know if i should be worried. thanks TJ Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted November 14, 2003 Might just be the coatings on the exhaust tubing burning off? My VR6 used to have a burning smell and it was a combination of the serpentine belt giving off a hot rubbery smell and the tensioner pulley seizing up.
