Jez 0 Posted November 17, 2003 Just a thought, doesn't bother mwe too much but does does anyone else have the problem whereby they can't operate both electric windows at the same time? Or is that normal? Doesn't make sense that.
VR6 0 Posted November 17, 2003 Correct - you can't work both at the same time.

dan 0 Posted November 17, 2003 I can't close my windows at the same time either. Also some cars on here can close the windows with one-touch ...I can't do that either :( ...ah well, at least they're still working :)
VR6 0 Posted November 17, 2003 Yeah my early VR works both windows one-touch up and down. So I'm not sure what C's have this option. Might have made more sense if mine was a later model.
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted November 17, 2003 The bottom line on the windows is this (according to the 1994 manual):- Passenger side - One touch lowering only. Driver's side - One touch lowering and lifting. Siamiesed fuse prevents both windows operating simultaneously. If both window switches are pressed together, one window will lower fully, then the other immediately after. Windows remain active for up to one hour after engine is switched off.
