Alexander 0 Posted January 3, 2008 Yep, I got an underbonnet kit from NoiseKiller for my G60 and it was too big. To be honest, I saw it as them giving you more than enough material to do the job, and that they're expecting you to do a bit of trimming rather than it being a straight fit. Good stuff it is. mattnorgrove 0 Posted January 3, 2008 Agreed it is good stuff, but for a good fit you really need to take time to make templates from the underside of the bare bonnet. Unless you could use the original VAG kit you bought as a template, use the noisekiller, and return the VAG stuff for a refund? Good luck either way... Why not use both, Noisefiller with teh VAG stuck on top of it. That way you've covered soundproofing from all angles.

You could i suppose, just don't know how well the Noisekiller would adhere to the VAG soundproofing?
