What parts should I change when doing the timing chain? (VR6

I have a 95 VR6 I bought a while ago, it's done about 119000km and I'm thinking of doing an "overhaul" changing the timing chain, tensioners etc.

 

What parts would you guys recomend changing at the same time? (clutch?).

 

Also IIRC there is some "updated" tensioners around, wich supposed to be better then the ones originaly made?.

 

Also if you know of anywhere I could order all the parts that also would be great, either in US or UK.

 

(Also is the chain/tensioner the same for 2.8 and 2.9 engines (if ordering from the states)?.
