Kempy 0 Posted September 22, 2008 Hi I've done a search on this and cant see a lot about it, Do I need a special tool? cheers Kempy :D
Dec 1 Posted September 22, 2008 No special tool required! Just a large flathead screwdriver to pop the glass out. I find the easiest way to do it is to angle the mirror as far upwards as possible and then get the screwdriver in the gap left at the bottom of the mirror. Once you have the bottom clips un-popped, the top ones come out pretty easy.
Kempy 0 Posted September 22, 2008 sounds easy enough. Does anyone know if they are heated standard on corrado's?
mattnorgrove 0 Posted September 22, 2008 Yes mate, heated as standard, hence the ridiculous dealer price...
Dec 1 Posted September 22, 2008 Yup, be carefull when unplugging the wire to the glass as part of the spade connector can easily snap!
