Mawrick 0 Posted October 10, 2008 Anyone know if these rims would fit a Corrado VR6? The add: http://www.finn.no/finn/bap/object?finn ... T.svl=Link it's in Norwegian, but basicly says something like this: 245/40-17 ET 15 Bridgestone with Potenza s-03 215/45-17 ET 23 Seem to be 2 different ET's? Thnx
coullstar 0 Posted October 10, 2008 Dont think so. Offset is too low and if these are genuine the rears will be 9.5in wide with an offset of ET15 but you will need adaptors as well which will bring the offset down to about 0. The wheels will then stick out miles. If there 5x100 then they might be ok but you will need arch work at the back.
Mawrick 0 Posted October 10, 2008 Ahh, ok, nothing to bother with for me then...:) I have seen Corrado's with similar rims, any idea what rims they are?
Phil K 0 Posted October 10, 2008 I had these on my old C but they were reps by mille miglia (sp?) think they were 7'' or 7.5'' x 17'' Cracking rims though and suit the C down to the ground in my opinion 8)
BigTartanJudge 0 Posted October 10, 2008 Yeah, both Mille Miglia and Artec do copies of the Porsche Cup 3 rims, quite hard to find now I think though, don't know if they do them new still either.

bristolbaron 11 Posted October 10, 2008 afaik porsche never made a 17" cup 3 themselves, they were always the mille's. you will find different offsets and widths available.. i happen to have a set which are 7.5" front and 9" rears.. perfect for ddecent stance on a c.. the offset is also high enough to allow for adaptors. ..oh and they also happen to be up for sale soon, and at a cheaper price than those ones!!!! BigTartanJudge 0 Posted October 11, 2008 Very true, Porsche never made a "Cup 3" wheel, seems to be what people call them though. The actual wheels that look are Carrera 2's (17") or Turbo 1's (18"). There is also currently two sets of the mythical "Cup 3's" for sale over on edition38: http://www.edition38.com/forums/index.p ... pic=182548 http://www.edition38.com/forums/index.p ... try1561093
