ozowen 2 Posted August 18, 2009 Ozowan- The ISV is next to the throttle body, its a metal cylindrical shaped piece - you will have to remove the rear most engine plastics to see it. It has 2 plugs attached to it and i held on by a rubber ring shaped piece that it slides into. Simply remove both plugs and slide it out of the rubber holder. Once done you need to lever the valve open with a flat head screw driver and spray some carb cleaner in there - would be good to leave it to soak for a while. Please watch out - with the isv, when you take it out and look at the valve from teh side, the SMALL gap is meant to close when the ISV is actuated, so dont poke your srewdriver in there and try and force it, it wont go the other way!
