tyler 0 Posted September 23, 2009 well overpriced but looks to be a clean car but putting in a vr engine in something that weighs the same as bake bean tin uis nuts
peppyuk 0 Posted September 23, 2009 If I had stuck a 2.8 V6 into one of those, when I came to sell it I would have some details of the conversion, also some photos of the engine bay. Not to mention I wouldn't have all the details for a 1.6 model on the page either. As for weight, by the time you dropped a V6 and all the extra bits in to make it work I doubt it will be much lighter than a Corrado. I've sent a message asking a few more questions. ozowen 2 Posted September 24, 2009 I kinda like it; :ignore: what really got me was how similar the front end looks to the Octavia1. Mega overpriced though at about 2k if everything in it was properly done. Kid bro just bought a 99V Felica Estate with the 19 Derv for commuting between N.Wales and Swindon he paid £440 and it only has 66k and service history

Critical_Mass 10 Posted September 24, 2009 Confusing ad, it has a 2.8 engine but according to the ad only has 75bph with a top speed of 106 mph.
ozowen 2 Posted September 24, 2009 Confusing ad, it has a 2.8 engine but according to the ad only has 75bph with a top speed of 106 mph. For some reason the seller gives a genetic description with the following : Please note The data displayed above details the usual specification of the most recent model of this vehicle. It is not the exact data for the actual vehicle being offered for sale and data for older models may vary slightly. We recommend that you always check the details with the seller prior to purchase. * Fitted as standard :cuckoo: I presume they are like a broker
