recently fitted 1.9 engine and sick gbox couple of runnin qs

i have a stainless stell 4-2-1 exhaust manifold, but when after 5mins of running its glowing red hot is this normal? also just got oe heatwrap on chassis will this withhold the temp?

 

next question is what should the timing be and fuel/air mixture for this particular spec:

stage 4 charger

Jabbasport fully Rebuilt 1.9 Bottom End

custom front valance

custom cosworth intercooler

custom 3" pipework

mocal 16 row oil cooler

+ thermostatic sandwhich

tsr flowed manifold

stainless 4-2-1 exhaust manifold

decat full miltek exhaust system

 

any ideas???
