Specialist engineering - rear axle narrowing

I have a friend who is building a big arched Mk1 Escort with an Escort Cosworth engine and gearbox in it, He has acquired a rear axle that will be able to take the power he is looking for but it needs narrowing - does anyone know anyone / anywhere that may be able to take the job on for him, he's lucked out so far

Pick up a copy of PPC magazine. Loads of firms in the classifieds who can dot hat sort of thing.

look in the classifieds of custom car,hot rodders have been doing axle narrowing for years !

you should be able to find one local to you !
