changing headlight bulbs

to change the headlight bulbs, do you need to remove the headlights? i cant quite remember? :confused4: luckily enough mine are gas charged xenons rx764's, but my mate wants to fit normal upgraded ice white bulbs,and for some reason i seem to think he will have to remove the headlights?? is this right? :confused4:

well i seem to remember you have to remove them to put the bulb in the back, as its near impossible to get your hands in to change it! :confused4:

i cant see any problems in changin the bulb.

 

but worst case its not difficult to take headlights out so crack on with it really.

well i seem to remember you have to remove them to put the bulb in the back, as its near impossible to get your hands in to change it! :confused4:

 

very difficult, especially in a g60 with the charger in the way. Best take them out

only takes a few minutes to take the headlight out,

I replaced mine with stainless ! :lol:

It's just easier to take em out... you need to take off the glass to change the sidelights anyway...

 

also take it as an opportunity to clean it up a bit and back to black the plastic housing around it...

 

If the middle screw is rusted, you're buggered... :lol:

Sidelight bulb is beside the headlight bulb !

just have to take the black cover off,

like me.... ive had a busted head light for weeks but i haven't got a tap or drill long enough to get to the middle screw :?

Cool, what size screws are they Dragon Green, and where'd u get urs from? I haven't changed mine yet, but last time I looked they were pretty rusted :|
