Poly Top Strut Mounts?

Im looking to upgrade my front strut mounts in the hope of them not wearing out so quickly! Whats peoples opinion on poly top mounts? I found these on ebay.

I know there are some uprated ones out there like bonrath, Supersport, and has any one seen these meyle HD top mounts?

I'd be interested if they didn't compromise comfort - my suspension is crashy enough already!! :lol:

Ive just brought a set of the ebay ones today. Ill let you know how I get on with them. Ill be fitting them in the next couple of weeks or so.

Got the mounts last week. The mounts themselves look pretty good quality but one of the after market bearings was cracked. I was always going to get VW ones anyway so Im not to bothered.

 

Ill be fitting these the weekend, so hopefully all goes well and Ill report back.

I have these fitted on my VR, they are great quality items but do have a negative impact on the ride quality. Although my ride quality wasnt the best to start with since I have Ebay special budget coilovers :lol:
