rightclick remote locking

has anyone got any ideas on this please i have a rightclick locking kit this one

i can get the kit wired in to my 95 vr6 the doors will lock but when i try to unlock them nothing happens i can here the unit trying to unlock but doors dont unlock all doors lock and unlock ok with key

try selecting the double pulse option, for some reason my central locking requires a double pulse to unlock, even from the doors, my alarm unfortunately didnt include this option and so i had to faction something to replicate this however the one you have purchased claims to have a double pulse unlock

Yes :) I have one on the TDI and it works pretty well. The range isn't as far as a factory system, but its good enough. On later cars it can close the sunroof too. Getting the key blank cut was the hardest part, because so many key cutting places are afraid of touching car keys :cuckoo:

Do these work well alongside alarms or are you just better off getting an alarm which does everything?

All they do is trigger the central locking, so they'd work well with a factory alarm, but not with an aftermarket one. If you're going to get a decent alarm you might as well that do it instead :)
