Best way of sorting orange peel finish..?

Recommended Posts

Hi, I want to sort the orange peel on my resprayed passenger door, but am a little scared of doing more damage! Is it correct that I should sand it down with 1200 grit wet & dry before using rubbing compound on it to bring back the shine in the lacquer Cheers
