robrado974 1 Posted October 24, 2010 sounds to me its the moonroof not seating its self correctly? they are a pain . we fitted a mk3 golf one in my vr ,tried the moonroof first ,looked like it was seated perfect ,it went backwards forwards ,tilted ,but when we poured water on it ,it leaked badly.so fitted the metal roof to the mk3 cassette works fine but still not right, a lot of exterior noise at speed ,like air forcing its way through but does not leak water .
