Display/dial lights not working

Recommended Posts

HI all,

I have had a search but I can't see anything similar to my problem. I have just replaced my dials to get my MPG working and also to get rid of the annoying oil pressure light/buzzer going off intermittently and all was well. . . . . until I took off and realised the instruments were not lit. The MFA display is lit however.

Any thoughts? is there a fuse on the cluster that supplys the lights only?

Thanks in advance.

dodgy cluster? check all the bulbs? they may have blown.do the main beam light work, oil light battery light ect, i think there is two bulbs for the illumination i expect these have gone, swap them with the ones out of your old cluster.

All other lights work, main, indicator etc. I didn't consider a double failure of the bulbs. Better pull it back out again!

another daft answer sorry but are the bulbs ok

It will only be daft if I pull it out and they are blown! (and I will feel daft!)

Ok, daftness it is! Not only double bulb - but triple bulb failure!

Thanks for the inputs guys, I wouldn't have even considered the statistical improbability of 3 broken bulbs. . . oh wait, this is a Corrado we are talking about!

Feel free to commence general ribbing and piss-takery. . . .
