johnpmc22 1 Posted November 1, 2023 (edited) Just done mine remove side foot panel, bottom shelf passenger side, disconnect blower, hardest part of removing blower is lifting the clip at back of blower like in picture near red wires , turn clockwise (right) 20 degrees , should fall out and do reverse to get new blower in … so happy to have heat again and clear screens noticed that original 1992 blower and resister set was in it , are there people out there restoring these ? thanks to James in corrado graveyard for new set 👍 Edited November 1, 2023 by johnpmc22 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
fendervg 33 Posted November 2, 2023 You can buy new replacements - no need to restore - if search on the part number a few options will come up. The resistor is an easy fix and pretty well documented on here and elsewhere. I'm not sure if the bearings for the fan or the coil windings are servicable on these - in theory they should be.
