dukest 0 Posted March 4, 2011 tbh its just a normal "someone sells something, doesnt send it recorded delivery, it gets lost, person wont/cant refund money, everyone chips in slagging people off, no-one steps in to get it sorted out in a dignified manner". i still maintain that even in sales that go badly wrong, the person at fault has almost never intended to let it get that far, but the pressure of it going wrong with a few other circumstantial issues causes it all to escalate. keep calm and carry on as they say..
