Im a new corrado owner and I have bought a bit of a project car which has a fair bit of rust under the passenger door, Im just looking for a bit of advice on what to do, does anyone know where if I can buy a new replacement sill or will i have to get a used one? Kevin Bacon 5 Posted June 24, 2011 Looks like it's rusted from a previous shonky repair. I would take the wing off and check the rust hasn't spread round to the kick well and inner wing. If it has, forget it, get another car! Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
davidwort 0 Posted June 24, 2011 That looks really grim, nasty place to get bad corrosion, anything can be sorted but I haven't seen many that bad, it's where the sill section meets the inner wing and bulkhead so whatever you do get it fixed by an expert Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
