Drivers door boarding frame/seal/rubber

I have made a mess of mine when fixing my leccy windows, probably didnt even need to remove it. the frame seems a lot narrower at some bits making it a real pain to fit the original one properly. I read on here it could be to do with thieves in its history (there is a bit of broken glass in the door)

 

Anyone got one in good nick?

Strangely enough I enquired about the passenger side one of these at TPS the other day which are now obsolete, driver side ones are still available new but from what I remember they are about £160 :(
