UPDATE

thanks everybody,well appreciated in my hour of need.

Told my insurance,then went through a company called Kudos,i now have a hire car (her insurance)until i either get my car fixed or cheque in my hand !

Kudos are like a governing body of insurers who take control in matters like these,(my paint shop put me onto them)

i now have the right to keep my vehicle,or due to its age,use second hand parts on it !

Have had a quote already(they came out)the side panel is still available £533,using a mixture of new and old,my body shop man is convinced my C will live again !!!

I have an agreed value on mine,and as the bitch has admitted responsibility,they will go upto 90% of that value !!

Assessor is out next Tuesday (Kudos man)then i will know for sure !

I may be down but im not giving up without a fight !!

Two coppers turned up at the scene,not one breathalysed the bitch !!

Neighbour came round today,saw everything ! Bonus witness as well
