VR6Pete 0 Posted October 24, 2011 My old man is buying me a car cover for Christmas, was just wondering what peoples opinions are on what to buy for 25 - 30 quid. Also, what size would I need to get to fit the Corrado under? Cheers guys :) Ho Ho Ho! Pete

VR6 South 0 Posted October 24, 2011 The Halfords medium size cover fits at treat. Slightly over your budget but it's breathable, does the job well and fairly friendly on the paint work.

JJS 0 Posted October 25, 2011 I've got that tyvek one VR6Pete. It does the job well but it is a bit bright silver and reminds me of an old ladies showercap! Like i said though, it does the job so don't let me put anyone off. Jon
VR6Pete 0 Posted October 25, 2011 sweet... My car actually lives in my garage, but I do have a condensing dryer in there too, but that kicks out fluff and my garage is quite big, with a loft always find loads of dust and crap on the car after only a few days, so I wanted something keep all this off over the window months... colour doesnt both me :) silver is a nice dashing colour :)

VR6 Gar 10 Posted January 8, 2014 (edited) I think you have that on inside out, the seams are meant to be on the outside, and where the straps are sewed on the inside. Edited January 8, 2014 by VR6 Gar
n3p 3 Posted January 8, 2014 I only use it the night before shows to keep it clean, but no complaints. Hopefully a long term user will be able to comment :)
n3p 3 Posted January 8, 2014 I think you have that on inside out, the seams are meant to be on the outside. LOL, I had a feeling it may have been! Oh well, kept the crap off it anyway :)
delfinis38 1 Posted January 8, 2014 LOL, I had a feeling it may have been! Oh well, kept the crap off it anyway :) Mines currently in the garage wrapped in blankets and sheets. Fed up tripping over the blanket covering the bonnet thats held in place by the wipers. They will be off soon. Car never moves so it's a perment fixture for keeping dust off and stop people brushing past it.
