Brake compensator

Recommended Posts

Anybody got a brake compensator for my early 1.8 16V Rado?

If not, any advice on what other cars I will find one on that will fit my car??

even if you find one on a rado or early golf, you'll be lucky if it hasn't seized onto the beam bracket and needs cutting off which is tricky to do without wrecking it.

you can buy the original ate item of ebay.

found this in a rush so double check its the correct part for you, i couldn't find the old supplier, but seems GSF are selling them online now.

It actually states not compatible with a 16v in the drop down compatibility selection.

All other models than VR6 are Part No.: 357 612 151

This is genuine ATE.

(For a VR6. ie. Part No.: 1H0 612 151C

And Tierod sells that as genuine ATE part here.
