chubbybrown 0 Posted April 5, 2012 we've finally done it. Weve sorned the Corrado, after 9 years a few sets of tyres,brakes and a centre section of exhaust its going to get garaged up. They are taxing these cars off the road! How can a 3 pot tdi be free to tax and this old girl over £200. we dont know what we are going to do with her we'll have a think about it,its going in a barn for now though with 90,000 miles. Sigh! Tax is cheap when it costs over £70 to fill the car up with fuel, a little over 3 tanks and your tax is paid for! How can there be cars that are free to tax but I have to pay seventy quid to tax my bike? None of it makes any sense. £450 for my TT......that hurts!!! floppyman 0 Posted April 5, 2012 Enjoy it while you can.... These laws are here to stay, it will not get any cheaper... At least you can still get it sorned.... Im my country you have to pay tax no matter what. I have two g60s in the garage there... One of them is just the chassis and I pay around £400 a year.
