Maybe Dave16v could easily knock something up if you sent him a template in stainless, looks a straight forward design...

Rubber gromets, you will be lucky, but should be able to get a second hand one and clean it up :)

theyre not available from anywhere!

this is a potential problem item which could really do with someone with the skills to start making - or a possible classic parts piece?

at the moment just from cars breaking..

Just to clarify im after the metal screw housing in the centre of the rubber grommet .......not the black arm shown above as mine are still okay.

bugger..... well im gonna try to salvage mine by drilling the sheered bolt out and re-tapping a thread , but if i mess it up im fecked basicly i cant fit my new radiator without them and i took the whole week off work so i can fit my new radiator and fresh stage 4 G charger plus loads of ither bits and bobs ......really anoying when such a small item is holding everything up

*shakes fist at VW parts*

Part number = 535121275 (top rubber grommet to help secure radiator)

Looks like VW Heritage have this part in stock, as it's listed on their website.
