to polish or not to polish?

Recommended Posts

I own a set of Porsche Design 90's 9" on the back and 8" on the front. At present they are colour coded to my Bordeaux Pearl Corrado. Now do I sell them as they are or take the time to polish them up to suit most people cars? Is the little extra money i may get worth the effort?

May broaden your market, although I'd expect them to shift relatively quickly regardless. Depends how much your after I suppose, and personally I'd clean take them back and polish em up if you have the means, equipment and patients.

They're in top notch condition and I would probably want £500 or so for them, this is with tread. Does anyone feel im asking too much? Polishing is probably my best bet.

This is what they are like at present.

Yeah £500-£550 in good knick, polished, with tyres is about right, and their ceiling price tbh. Still a reasonable price imo, and don't think you'd have too much bother shifting them. Good luck! :thumbleft:
