Glovebox light bulb?

Should be the same as the one thats in the boot. Use that as a reference at Halfords for example.

pmsl, just been looking and my whole light unit is missing, am sure i put it in a bag somewhere :lol:

Just whipped mine out (oooeeerrr missus!!) and took a pic for you. It's a 10w jobbie. 30mm long and the glass is 10mm wide.

that's way too high a wattage for the glovebox light, it's supposed to be 3W so a 10W could melt something

I've also got an LED bulb, decent ones emit enought light to be comparable to the conventional 3w bulb and are only 1 or 2W so heat won't be a problem

I bought a replacement household light bulb the other day.

The guy in the shop said will you be putting it in yourself?

I said no, it'll be going in the living room.

Eeek - it's the same bulb in the boot too! I think I'll change them both to the led type!
