g60knight 0 Posted November 7, 2012 apart from the usual broken glass under the back seats that i seem to find in most of the cars that i buy.....bought back my first satin vr from the guy who id sold it to and under the rear seat found a pen-drive with loads of tunes and stuff that i'd lost 18 months previous! Theres a little slot in the centre console on mk4 golfs that swallows bank cards etc under braking - we retrieved my mates gym card from there + a full history of parking tickets from previous owners, boots advantage card and book of stamps. I've found broken glass b4, just shows u that the companies who fix it don't really do a good job cleaning up afterwards lol
EJ Taylor 22 Posted November 7, 2012 my 16v had half the needles from an xmas tree and a tampon under the rear seat.... Best one by far!
rado mc 0 Posted November 7, 2012 Whilst taking out interior trim on my rado breaker, tucked under the seat runners amongst low value coins was a plastic toy banana and under the back seats a smurf! not sure which one though. if this counts, in my mk2 gti after it had been in winter storage, a mouses nest under the scuttle panel when i went to investigate poor airflow and why bits of straw and paper randomly shot into the cabin when the fan was on. davidwort 0 Posted November 7, 2012 A KFC box full of chicken bones under the seat of my gti... Nice... my 8v C was full of crap, about 20 biros wedged everywhere, kept finding them for weeks, a set of hairdresser scissors, loads of small change, lots of random screws, clips etc - but nothing vw?, a cd changer with about 10 CDs in it and a full size sponge football in the boot. Kevin Bacon 5 Posted November 8, 2012 I saw something yellow under the passenger seat in my Alfa this morning. Upon closer inspection, it was an anchor butter wrapper, still in it's square, unopened shape, but the butter had obviously melted and soaked into the carpet eons ago. Nice! Found a pair of (used) knickers under the back seat of my Cavalier.
Jim 2 Posted November 8, 2012 I remember as a kid we went to buy a Saab 900 - and on the way home found the owner had left a Huey Lewis and the News cassette in the tape deck :) Never really found anything in any of my Corrado's though!

Wullie 1 Posted November 8, 2012 Found £150 in casino chips under the rear seats. Unfortunately the casino had closed down years before. Always was a lucky bu**er, not.
G_Dub 0 Posted November 10, 2012 (edited) Earlier this year me and the missus bought her an imported Toyota Supra. As well as about £6 in english currency we also found quite a lot of Japanese coins in various places around the car. A small yellow and black feather was in the centre console. But the weirdest thing was under the passenger seat in a little compartment of the floor. It was a small red FLARE! We'd heard it rolling around whilst driving along. The bloke who we bought the car off was who imported it originally and he'd had it for 10 years and obviously not looked. We subsequently read up about it and found out that Japanese cars have to have these emergency flares in them. In a surreal moment just after I found the flare a deer casually strolled passed my house and carried on up the road! Yeah I've had this as well with an Evo - red flare like a large smartie tube attached under the passenger footwell. Thing is all Mitsubishis are imported by UK dealers so they should have removed it when it hit our shores. Guess it's one that slipped through the cracks! Can't really think of much stranger than that. Just the usual teddy bears, CD's, coins, broken (window) glass etc.
