delfinis38 1 Posted December 30, 2012 (edited) The third screw which you get to through the hole in slam panel is rusted? How to get this one out? Cheers can you get to the head with a junior hacksaw without damaging bodywork ???? I managed to put small straight cuts in the heads of a couple of mine "carefully".... which meant I could use a flat head screwdriver to remove them..... replace with stainless when you have removed them. or as above carefully drill them out. nipper09 10 Posted December 30, 2012 soak with wd40 then put in the right screwdriver and tap firmly with a hammer most screw heads are soft so you should not only dislodge the screw threads but also get a firmer bite cheers paul
